B'ssa Billy Joe of Skogeier

Billy Joe was my first Norwegian Forest Cat.  He is the reason I decided to be a breeder.  He was my pillow pal.  As a youngster, Billy could be seen in the show halls sitting on cat trees.  If he knew that baby food would be given as a treat, he would do anything.  So, he would keep his feet off the floor and relax in the trees between rings.  Back at his cage, he would sit on the grooming table and never move -- even if I wasn't there.  There will never be another Billy.

Early was my first breeding female.  She ruled the house and produced beautiful babies.  She is the mom of my foundation male, Total Eclipse.  Her daughter, I Love Lucy, carries on for her today.

Before Dawn and Frank were together, Frank was a breeder of Ocicats with his sister and brother-in-law.  Blanton was a gift from them.  We showed Blanton for one season and he was a CFA Grand Premier.  Blanton was the only shorthair living at Skogeier and will be missed.
